In this example I use the same lookup hashtable from above and provide 3 different array styles to get the matches. controller injection is provided through nested windows with starting x64 powershell. For a particular SQL query when you try to view an Estimated Execution Plan or execute a query by selecting Actual Execution Plan, you can clearly see these Physical Joins under the Execution Plan tab in SSMS.
